I just did an entry (which has turned into a three-day-long event) about stress relief! :) Great minds think alike!
ReplyDeleteI don't know why others find it hard to embrace humour. It basically works with almost everybody. I guess they lived their lives listening to every joke and funny thing that they have grown tired of humour. Or maybe they just need something more funnier.
ReplyDeleteI think that some people under stress are also optimistic. They all need to increase their optimism as suggested in the post. I believe that it's not only important to people under stress but also to everyone else.
ReplyDeleteLaughing is a great way to relieve stress. If you can see the humour in life, then you're leaps and bounds ahead of the game.
ReplyDeleteHumor certainly has been known to reduce stress. Consider the neat statistic that children laugh more than 100x per day and yet, the average adult laughs less than 10. This fact reminds us that we can learn a lot from children although scoiety often preaches children can learn a lot more from adults. It would seem some adults need to be reminded of priorities by kids.
