I’ll be conducting a free online training session on emotional eating, common diet myths and why diets don’t work for everyone.
If you’re sick of diets or struggling to get a handle on comfort eating, overeating or binge eating then register for the free seminar and I’ll send you all the details with your passcode, times and dates so you can access the training.
You can tune in via your computer or dial in with your telephone, and you’ll also get the chance to ask me your burning questions about emotional eating and why diets don't work.

Given the crucial role of agni to health and well-being, how do we keep our inner fire burning brightly? The essential step is living life more consciously, making choices that nurture the flow of life energy, while minimizing those that deplete it.
1. Unconditional Encouragement
2. Unclutter Your Life
3. Rest, Exercise, and Meditate
4. Practice conscious eating
5. Get regular detoxification treatments.
So basicly to help our emotional eating we need to change our habits and try to be more relaxed?
I think that many women and men also are suffering from emotional eating.
I learnt a long time ago that a chocolate is good for mood swings and it really works with me. The problem with the chocolate is that if you will eat it in large amounts you will put on weight eventually.
