I have bipolar myself and will be checking out the link.
ReplyDeleteI am looking at natural cures and remedies since the medication is not covered by my insurance.
I have been off the meds for over three months now and it is becoming a nightmare
Going without meds can be extremely tough. The best natural remedies are good support, self management, working on your coping skills, eating well, sleeping well and exercise. Sometimes that's not enough, but hopefully you can find a solution that works for you.
ReplyDeleteYou might also like to consider this site http://www.revolutionhealth.com/conditions/ which rates various remedies (medications and natural remedies). It used to be called remedyfind.com but is being integrated into another site so I'm not sure if everything is working properly!
Good luck
